Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

• Cloth diapers
  

• Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return:
